"This was 2 years ago ( Update to May 2024 on the bottom). About a month ago, Don, my ex. Call State Farm. Before he can say anything. Sandy said, "HI DON.,him and "I looked at each other." And that's it. I didn't say anything else. On June 10th, 2022, Sandy and I usually text back and forth. She was calling about my payment. I said, "Call Don,he takes care of the insurance. She said she had already left a message. I said, "Why don't you just text him this time?" He said you seem a little overly friendly with him( I didn't care). No response. So, about 30 minutes later, Katrina called me. And it's not what she said is how she said it. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I was able to squeeze in. I've been with you guys a long time. She said yeah, and hung up. How dare she call me and try to scold me like a child.. Jack Gilkerson is hardly in the office nowadays. He's working from home. If he was there. This wouldn't have happened. I remember Jack offer to help me, back in the 90s. I have never forgotten that. Jack and his team outside of that office. Is a 5 star rating . But the women that are there were very unprofessional and rude. I've been with them way before, Sandy.What. happen to the loyalty., the respect. It was thrown out the window. When Katrina spoke to me with a fork tongue.I had to bite my tongue out of respect for Jack. She also said. With every phone call. The name comes up. That's not true. I got proof. UPDATE : I have an update; MAY 2024. I spoke with Jack. And he told Katrina to call me and apologize. She is a LIAR. She stated she didn't know I was upset. I brought it up so many times. SHE KNEW. Then she said she's not always around or sometimes didn't hear Sandys conversations. So why call me and chastise me like I'm a kid. If she wasn't sure. Sandy is now gone. But the damage is done. Katrinas phone call, Put the nail in the coffin. I switched agents right after that. I'm"

"My loved one shared her experience with me & to say that I was absolutely appalled by her experience is an understatement. She was already inconvenienced by her tire being flat, mind you she’s fully covered and has the highest coverage, however her local branch is giving her hard time on top of being disrespectful. The customer service is super distasteful & overall it should never be this challenging to get a tire replaced. You guys should be more than happy to assist your customers with issues, especially a request this simple. Shake my head State Farm, I would not recommend you guys to any of my loved ones. FYI being rude & over talking the customer is only gonna infuriate the customer more."

"I am not pleased with how Leah and Sandy handle clients, very unprofessional. She talked to me like I was a child. How is it that someone is paying for full coverage and you speak to them like they are beneath you. The lack of empathy and willingness to understand is sickening. Lack of communication has become a constant. I hope you all take steps to educate your representatives on customer service skills. Talking over your clients is disrespectful and should not be tolerated. I will making a complaint and for anyone that is looking to join this group I would look elsewhere."

"My parents had the same insurance for 14 years. Mom always said "gotta call Jack..." never revering to them as just "State Farm". How was that loyalty repaid? It wasn't! My mother's world was flipped sideways when dad died in October and she had a major stroke in December. Not receiving payments from my parents should have been an alarm, a concern, or a worry after 14 years. Instead, when they finally reached my mom, they just dropped her insurance. Told her it was canceled with no questions about why a 14 year client all of a sudden can't be reached for three months. Don't worry though, I talked to the lady at the office, they were just making their "normal" calls. 14 years of business should not be treated as "normal". My brother and I have decided to return the favor, they will never receive another cent from dad's estate or from mom for insurance... I'll kindly tell them this in 3 months."
